Synapse failed to update

The Razer Central says there is an update for Synapse. but every time I try and update it, it says "Update failed to complete." and I have no clue why. The weird part is once I close the error window, it will show a check mark for a bit like the update was completed and it will launch Synapse. But the update shows back up again. the connected devices are the Razer USB sound card that comes with the BlackShark V2s and a Ornata Chroma.

There are quite a lot of factors that can affect update installation. For now, try to perform a clean installation of the app to clean out obsolete and junk files by following this guide.
