Synapse freezing my computer

Hi I just buy razer black widow. and I did install synapse and cortex. And it made my computer freez randomly. I did a clean install on windows. And added my typical software one by one. And it turns out it was synapse or cortex causing the freezing. Is there a way to fix this. Anyone ever else experiencing this?????
