Hi,



I've had this issue with the Hue integration for some time now. I've tried multiple things, but nothing seems to be working.



I tried to reset my bridge, to reset the app, I've updated it multiple times, heck I even reinstalled Windows in between attempts. It used to work before but for a few months it stopped working. I tried to manually enter the IP, that didn't help either.



Has anyone got any ideas or suggestions?
At this point I've had this issue for probably half a year if not even longer.
 
I've tried everything one can think of
- reinstall synapse
- reinstall all the plug ins
- reset Hue Bridge
- contact Hue (they see no issues)
- latest software update
- pretty sure in between I even had a PC reset
 
Basically it used to sync, at one point it bugged and it stopped working. I removed the bridge from synapse and tried to reconnect and that was it. It never succeeded in finding it again. I tried manually adding the IP but it didn't work. It works on my laptop, but not on my PC. I don't know what the problem would be. I have the same apps on both devices, especially anti virus apps.

It runs to much ram and it slows down my computer so I had to shut it all off in startup features. Yall really need to work on that you can’t just shut them off in control alt delete, as they just keep on popping back up and start running again regardless if you turn them off on the micro corner tab button. And it’s like 10 programs running just to use a mouse and keyboard lol and also that mouse is not quiet. I need a quiet mouse that one still makes noise especially if your like none stop clicking on a game and so on.
