So I’ve been trying to find a solution to this. Whenever synapse is active I find that my audio gets cut whenever I try to open a new application with sound. Only solution thus far has been to close down synapse or to full turn my headset off and on again (Kraken V3 Pro). I’ve tried doing a fully reinstall but that did not help either. A permanent solution would be very appreciated.

There was a Synapse update a couple days ago that seems to have caused some funny stuff with some audio devices. On my end, I’m using a Leviathan V2. My previous custom EQs were wiped out, and I can’t seem to disable auto-standby (which fixed this problem for me last time). Further, the Synapse app now doesn’t perform very well, becoming unresponsive on a few different screens within the app (EQ, for example) at random.
The recent (8 December 2023) update may be what’s causing your issue too.
