Synapse is inconsistent and breaking my keyboard. SOS

I set up a simple Macro of activating the same Key “X” times and it’ll work perfect, for a little bit.
After a bit, it will break the “R” key and start Recording new macros instead of registering the R Key, overriding any video game I try to open, despite the “R” key not being involved anywhere in my Macro, but if I hit “R” on a notepad, it doesn’t do anything at all. It will only Record if I’m inside a game, otherwise it just disables the “R” key.
I have to close out Synapse with Task Manager but then Macros will stop working because I shut the entire program down of course.
I restart the computer hoping it will go back to working again. It fixes the issue with my “R” key being overridden, but then the Macro that was working fine, won’t activate anymore. I hit the Macro key and wait, hoping it’s maybe input lag of some sorts, nothing happens.
I hit another key, hit the Macro, hit another key, the other keys both activate as intended but the Macro neither the Key’s normal input or the Macro activate.
I hit the Macro key three times and on the second input, nothing happens, but on the third input the Macro will activate three times. I tested it multiple times, waiting between input or adding different keys between inputs, and it only activates the Macro after the third key press on the Macro Key and it activates all 3 times. [I can’t understand the logic behind this one at all.]

I try to find solutions and all I find is people talking about how bad Razer software is but no solutions.
The top, autofill on google for “why is ra” is “why is razer software so bad?”, and a list of unresolved issues dating back years up until current day.
Makes me think I made a mistake in choosing Razer as my preferred brand, to the point that I’m about to spend hundreds to regear my entire set up so I don’t have to deal with what seems to be total indifference to years of unresolved software issues.
As it stands, I would actively advise people to steer totally clear of Razer products just because it seems like Razer could not care less about the software side of the product.

Can anyone help me understand where the error is, how/if this can be solved or is this just what Razer has to offer?
