Synapse Issues

I have issues with Synapse

1.
Synapse not auto-staring on Windows 10 V 2004
Have latest version of synapse
Since I have updated from Windows 8.1 to 10, Synapse does not auto-start any more
Have all check boxes on, even on Windows settings

Searched on Net no solution only some threads from 2018

Reinstalling synapse did not help at all

Lastly, Getting constant UAC (User Account Control) prompt during startup when Razer Synapse launches

And, Yes Starting as Administrator, Same thing happen !
There seems to be not possible turn it off, without lowering security of User Account Control ! And I wont do that !!

Any solution on that ? Anyone ?
