Synapse issues

I recently found a Thresher 7.1 in the trash in my building, so I picked it up to see if it was working, I found that the owner threw it away because the microphone stopped working and was playing on PS4, I picked it up to use it on the PC but I wish I could use Synapse correctly with the product ID, but I can't register it, would there be any way for me to solve this?
