Synapse keeps failing

Since the last update, synapse keeps locking up. 2 of my 3 devices just go dark while the third gets frozen on one of my game profiles. Sometimes closing out all razer apps and restarting helps, other times it entirely freezes and I have to go into the task manager and force them to close. This happens so often now its becoming a genuine nuisance.

    delete and reinstall the app i had to do this with a couple of my devices and one app now it works again

    Will all of my profiles be backed up or will I have to make them again?
