Synapse Mic sensitivity?

Hello, I've owned the Kraken TE for some time, but now I noticed that the mic sensitivity does not change anything at all. It does not matter if it's on max, minimum or even off, the sound keeps the same. Any help? Thank you

Do you have any mic enhancements enabled, and do you mind sharing a screenshot of the sliders you're adjusting?
