Synapse not detecting Blade 15 Advanced 2018

Synapse is no longer detecting my Blade 15 Advanced (2018). Keyboard lighting, fan speed control, all lost because the software isn't detecting my blade. Tried the clean uninstall and reinstall method suggested by some. Tried both the synapse main download, and the one on my Blades driver page. Even tried a fresh install of windows. Any help you can give me is greatly appreciated.

    Bump. Anyone out there having similar issues or have any ideas?

    A thought just occurred to me. Is it because I'm currently running without a battery? I had the inflated battery problem and so I've been running without a battery recentlyn That's literally the only thing that I can think of that has changed with my system. Can anyone @Razer support speak to this?
