I've tried tried repairing and uninstalling, and nothing. I think what caused this was the fact that I plugged my headset to my phone with the cable that comes with it, as it was working before doing this.

Nope, connecting it with the cable via 3.5mm mini-jack has nothing im common.
I assume, that Nari is connected to your PC via USB wireless dongle? Because any headset will be not detected by Synapse when used via 3.5 mm mini-jack.
If connected via dongle - uninstall Synapse, go to device manager, remove Nari from device manager (with drivers). Use a CCleaner to cleanup your PC & also registry. Unplug dongle, restart PC, install Synapse, plug dongle again.
Also be sure, that it's connected directly into USB port, not via some USB HUB.
