Synapse not recognizeing my blackshark v2 hyperspeed

Please help, my headset is not showing on Synapse 3, i updated the drivers for it, and googled it for the whole day, can’t find a solution.

You can try doing clean Synapse reinstall:

Uninstall Synapse
Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
Then restart your PC
After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

Also you can try new Synapse 4 software: https://www.razer.com/synapse-4

Already done clean install 3 times, and Synapse 4 is just showing Server access unavailable when i try to install it.
