synapse not saving keybinds (naga X)

So I recently upgraded my Naga Trinity to a Naga X (I went through 2 Trinity that had the key switch issue). Before upgrading I noticed that Synapse suddenly stopped allowing me to set keybindings. When I set a binding, I click save. Then go over to another button and click it to bind it and a window would pop open saying "Your changes have not been saved yet. Would you like to save these changes? Note: Clicking DONT SAVE will remove all changes made." I click SAVE and it doesnt save. I figured I was upgrading the mouse to a new one and a different model and the new one wouldnt have this issue. Plugged in my new mouse today, updated synapse, got it registered and I see it in synapse and go to bind a key and SAME ISSUE. I cannot save ANY mappings on ANY keys. Whats interesting is my profile area is blank. When I use the drop down there are 0 profiles. This is fine, I dont mind making new profiles, but it will NOT allow me to make a new profile either. When I click ADD nothing happens, and theres a green swirling circle next to the three dots. Thats it. I need help. :( I wanna play games. :(
