Synapse not working properly sometimes?

Hello, I've had this problem as far as I can remember that sometimes Synapse doesn't quite work as intended, I have some Hypershift buttons on my mouse, and when I play a game I can usually hold HS and another key and until I release (for example, if what I'm doing is throwing a grenade, hence releasing the key) it would do it. But sometimes, it gets thrown instantly. Some other times maybe Spatial Audio won't work properly or I'll have to manually change the audio output. For some of these errors, Synapse 3's icon is there, like it works, but I still have to restart it. Then there's still the issue of it not starting and spewing out a Microsoft .NET error (which I believe I have up to date?)
