Hey folks. Just got a Dell XPS 9570 and WD15 dock and can't get Synapse to settle down for the life of me.



The issue is that the mouse and keyboard (Ornata and Death Adder) become intermittently unusable while connected to the dock. Their color schemes will go back to default briefly and while doing so I cannot use the mouse or keyboard. If I have Synapse open, I can see where they are disappearing and reappearing where the devices are listed. If I close Synapse, the problem goes away completely, but I obviously cannot use my personal configurations.



I've updated all drivers, BIOS, firmware of the laptop, dock, and peripherals and still the issue persists.



Also, the dock is the proper power rating for the laptop (180w).



Any help is much appreciated.
