Synapse problem


Synapse 2.0 dont detect my Razer Kraken 7.1 v2. I tried to uninstall synapse and deleting the remaining files ( i also check the register) But nothing worked, this is very frustated. Can someone please help me?

Have you tried repairing Synapse? If that does not work, download a new copy of the installer and do a clean reinstall. If even that won't work, give me a PM and let's see what we can do. Please include a link to this thread for easier reference.

When i try to repair it, the pc don't found 'Razer 2.0.msi'.

I have the same problem. It has never been fixed even by reinstalling windows and synapse.

ive looked at 100s of forum posts today because of this issue. Seems Razer runs us all around in circles and a fix is never announced. I was just told to complete uninstall / delete all razer products which i did 3 x today.. then install synapse 3!!!!!! which doesnt even support the kraken 7.1v2... smh

Update! I made a post in the razer Reddit and customer advocasy responded immdeiately *during the holidays* and hooked me up with a firmware update
