boot pc, now takes30 seconds to sync synapse 2.0 (usually 1 or 2 secs tops) probly because it cant synchronise

profiles ALL GONE.. just 10 years worth

New account/profile created (so theres no conflict) 5 macros created and saved
surprise surprise….. instant access to saved profile and restoration.
old profile on 10 year account inaccessible…. WHAT? removed old accounts????
I have a similar problem. A few days ago I noticed that the sync time has become noticeably longer. Then I noticed that all my profiles disappeared.
I reinstalled Synapse 2, but this did not bring any results, my profiles are gone.
This is disappointing, it was a lot of work. And the new versions of Synapse no longer support Orbweaver.
A Google search revealed that this is not the first time this has happened, but I could not find a solution anywhere.
Razer Support, please return my profiles!
