Synapse randomly turns off most of lights and desync

Hi, i want to report a problem with synapse. Sometimes, out of nowhere, the software seems to disconnect all the devices that i have (keyboard, mouse and stuff) turning off all lights and deactivating any macro o rebinded keys that i may have. How can i fix that? If i need to reinstall synapse will i loose my Chroma Studio Profiles? Thanks a lot! PS: first time in a support forum for me. Im here just because i could not find a way to send a mail to the support team.
