Since December, I am having issues where synapse is taking up massive amounts of upload.
I'm not sure why synapse is uploading data, of why it is supposedly trying to send 2 gigs of data per second, which is impossible and thus causing issues, for one while it's spiking both incoming and outgoing sounds on discord will be interrupted, making it impossible to talk to people. It also causes my taskbar to flicker, making it impossible to close out any programs as the microphone icon will be disappearing and reappearing several times per second. Since the issue started occurring, the amount of data sent has been growing steadily, at first just causing spikes every 32 seconds, now however, it is causing bigger spikes far more often and spike periods occur far more often.
These issues only seem to occur if I am also playing a game at the same time, and closing out synapse completely seems to fix the issue. I would be fine using that as a workaround, but the standard colour loop of my BlackWidow is highly annoying to me.
Does anyone have any idea how to stop this data spiking from occurring? Or do I need to wait for an update?
Hardware
Keyboard: BlackWidow
Mouse: Naga Chroma
Microphone: Seiren
Software
Razer Central
Two different versions of Synapse (using synapse 2 blocks my microphone from working) 1 for my Seiren and naga, one for my keyboard.
The Synapse I need to close to fix the issue is the one for my keyboard.

Good catch, but have you tried running AntiMalware apps yet? There is a good chance that something else is back riding on the Razer Apps. By the way, do you have Softminer or Gamma installed? In any case, please send me a PM so I can point you in the right direction.
