My razer gear has of late become unusable when using the Synapse software suite. Random USB disconnects, repeated keys, missed keys. In short, if I have any of the Synapse software installed, keyboard/mouse is impossible to use.
If I uninstall the Synapse software suite, everything works fine. However, I then cannot use the main feature of the keyboard/mouse/goliath mat, which is extremely disappointing. I love the razer stuff, but the software (at least for me) appears to be impossible to use
Is it just me or do others experience the same sorts of issues?

so - because Razer support seems to terrible, I have solved the problem by buying a Corsair keyboard. No problems. Whatsoever.
So I put this down to the terrible terrible mess that is the Razer Synapse software. I am pretty disappointed - I really liked my Razer keyboard - but I also need to get work done, and this has left a very sour taste.
So buyer beware - their software may not suit your machine, and do not expect any support (unless you are in US I suspect) - won't be buying razer stuff again that's for sure
