SYNAPSE/THX MIXER ISSUE

I have a Razer Kraken Ultimate, everything else is working perfectly except the mixer. The mixer option in Synapse 3.0 for the Kraken Ultimate just doesn't work, every time I set an application from stereo to surround sound, and click other section, for example, the mic setting, and come back to the mixer the application I set to surround sound before is back on the stereo again. I don't know if it's the synapse of the headphones but the THX just doesn't work. Also, the audio is a bit weird, sometimes it's like surround sound sometimes it just sounds like normal headphones. I wonder if there is any solution to this issue.
