Synapse Using Microphone

I keep getting a notification in my taskbar telling me that Synapse is using my Microphone. Why is it using my Microphone?, I have all of the visualizer features turned off and I don't want it to be. As it's a desktop app I can't toggle the permissions in the settings so I'm having to turn all my microphones off at the moment. I'd rather the software not be trying to it when it shouldn't be.

      I had the same concern. Turns out if you leave the Alexa module enabled it will show as the microphone being in use. Removing the module resolves the issue.

        Amazing thank you that's very helpful. Now just to fix my profile switching that doesn't work but I've got a ticket open for that
