Synapse (v3.6) profile sync/import fail

Hi, So I'm trying to sync my Naga X profiles from an old PC to the new one and it just wouldn't work. I tried both via Cloud option and via local export/import with a file - the profile shows up in the list, but has no button assignments/macros that the source had. It just shows the default 1-through-12 button assignments. Any ideas? Synapse is v3.6.515.51215 Thanks, Nick

    Are you logged in and using the same Razer Synapse 3.0 account? Were there any changes applied to your Razer Synapse or device before the issue? Have you tried creating a new profile and deleting the old one? Let's try to repair your Razer Synapse first. Please click this link and let me know if it helps.
