Synapse won't open

I've seen other posts like this, but none have answers. I recently found a sudden jump in click sensitivity in my Deathadder Chroma and was looking for ways to fix this. I figured I just needed a new driver, and in trying to find one I was guided to download Synapse. I installed version 2.21.24.10, and I can see it running down in my taskbar, but when I right click and select Open Razer Synapse nothing happens. If I close it out and relaunch, and can see a real quick blip the active programs section of the taskbar and then, that's it. I still can't update my drivers and I'm just stuck. Help!
