Synapse wont detect my Deathadder Chroma.


I tried everything there is in the internet. reinstalled everything and it still wont work. plugged to other USB ports, deleted drivers and restarted PC, every guide wont help me. so now im stuck with the softwware not detecting my mouse and i cant edit or change anything. http://prntscr.com/ozhsm2 http://prntscr.com/ozht6y http://prntscr.com/ozhtas

What I noticed on your first screenshot attachment, you are using the Synapse version 2 Try the Synapse version 3 from the following web https://www.razer.com/synapse-3

Clicky ofc xD. and i tried the synapse 3 and still wont work

Mine is Blackwidow Stealth. Clicky is cool, but too noisy My guess, is that your administrator account might be broken or some of OS source files are corrupt. The good news is that your OS is able to detect your mouse, so the driver is there. I think the issue lies inside some of the OS source files; unable to make connection between the mouse driver and the synapse. Which I am no expert in unless you reinstall the OS. I hope it is not an issue with the s/n or the product itself whether you tried this--- * uninstall all RAZER synapse application * create a new administrator user * install the synapse 3 again under the new administrator If that fails, contact RAZER support person @Razer.RedPanda Good luck

my mouse is not on the list of supported devices on the synapse 3. i ttried to reinstall and repair the app several times but nothing would work
