Synapse Wont Pick Up Camera

Just bought the Razer Pro. Works fine if just plugged into MacBook and using Google Meet etc but it does not look great when using a background. It picks up a lot of movement and creates a fuzziness around me. Tried to use the Synapse app to see if we could do anything but the app says no razer product detected. But if I use Google Meet it works. Any help on both issues would be appreciated.
