Synapse3 and Tartarus V2, can't create profile

I just bought the Tartarus V2. I downloaded Synapse3 to try and update some of the keybindings. It isn't allowing me to. I think the issue is that there are no profiles. I tried clicking the 3 dots '...' and then add, but the little spinner just spins. It won't create a profile for me. I thought maybe I could get around this bug by importing an existing profile from somewhere, but I can't find any online to download :( Basically, Synapse is broken and I can't modify keys or create profiles
