synapsis , cortex will not start

OK I have a naga trinity, great mouse but i cant utilize it to its full potential as the above programs just will not start. This has been ongoing for a year but now im getting slightly annoyed that i cant get them to open. Ive done pretty much everything full uninstalls and installs with firewalls etc off . same with .net and c++ and still i always come back to starting the program and get the cant start notification. Over £100 for a mouse that does'nt do what i could of got for less than 1/2 that price.... Im running win10 64 Anyone have any idea's other than the suggested trouble shooting stuff ? Thank you
