Hi there, I recently wanted to change the ssd of my laptop and when I tried to find a tutorial from internet, they all told me I need to ask and download the system recovery image before I started. However, I can’t download it from the official website because against the serial number, mine is the one older than 2017 I need to contact support team for the documents.
Can anyone help me finding the image?

Yeah I highly doubt that you can get the OEM Restore Image for that Blade laptop as its quite an older rig seeing as you said its from 2017 or so and which that would put it in the End Of Life Support state. Honestly in my personal opinion and experiences, its just easier to download the latest Windows image and redo the OS from scratch on the new drive on a non-supported computer and they are just as good if not better than when you originally had gotten it from the factory back in the days.
Chances are you can probably install and run the latest Windows 11 24H2 Release Preview image on it and it would run really decent as I have a laptop that is from that same time period as your Razer Blade is and that is running Win11 24H2 without any issues (24H2 Release Preview in its current state is quite stable!)
