System Recovery Image Product not registered

Please help me.

 

I am looking for the System Recovery Image file. The model is a 15-inch 2023 laptop equipped with the RTX 40 series. When I try to download it from the website, it says that the product is not registered. However, when I go to the product registration page, it says the product is already registered. How can I fix this issue?
