System Recovery stuck at 1%

I have a Razer Blade 15 and recently had issues where i got the blue screen from booting and the SSD was not being detected so i installed a new one. It is now being detected however after installing windows 10 on a USB stick and following the razer recovery stick instructions the recovery process keeps being stuck on 1%. How can I resolve this ?Re
