My blade 15 advance 2021 crashed few days back, i created a recovery stick and tried to install the windows, but it gets stuck at 24 % every time and not progressing at all for last 6 hours.
I tried rebooting multiple times, but the result is still same.
Did you ever resolve this? My Blade 16 keeps getting stuck at “Copying Files 86%”. Same scenario as you, recovery stick.
So the author of this post has not responded regarding their issue, but I was able to resolve mine so I’ll post that for anyone else who might be in the same boat as me. In my case I was using a SanDisk 128GB Ultra Dual Drive which has both a USB Type-C connector AND a traditional USB Type-A connector. See the link below for pictures:

Anyway, I was using the USB Type-C side to do the restore and it kept hanging at 86% (literally every time, multiple attempts). For some reason switching to the USB Type-A side allowed the restore to complete! No idea why, color me baffled but my Blade 16 is restored now and working great so no complaints. Hope someone else finds this useful.
I have the same problem that is getting stuck at 26% but i’m not using a drive, directly from the ssd.
My system recovery on a blade 15 advanced is stuck at 24%. I tried resetting the bios and using all the USB-A slots. Also tried complete power cycle. Does anyone have a solution to this?
Figured it out. The one I downloaded from Razers site did not work. I made a recovery off my pc and that worked
