Tab and Windows key is suddenly bound to control and tab key, what do I do?

Recently, the Windows key and the Tab key have not been working. Oddly enough, they only partially work in one game, but they're bound to a specific key. I do not having game mode on, and I've tried changing profiles and deleting all macros. What do I do the fix this?

Do you get the same results with and without Synapse running in the background? For now, try to perform a clean installation of the app and device drivers by following this guide. Send me the serial number of the keyboard if you don't notice any improvements. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
