Tapjoy is not working I don't know why pls help

I've been using cortex gaming for quite a while now and it's really interesting and fun to use and discover games but I've been having this problem about tapjoy that is not working I've done everything on my ID I've completed every requirements needed for the ID and I still don't know why it's not working
