I purchased a razer tarok pro gaming chair a year and a half ago and now the wheel base of the chair has been damaged, I need a new wheel base but I can't purchase one for a replacement and I can't get in touch with any help, I've tried to email support@funnivation.com a few times but have never received a reply, can someone please Can anyone help me?

Honestly i went through the same issue with the same chair. Neither Razer nor Zen did anything to replace any parts or validate any warranty. I just bought a metal base that can hold over 300 lbs and cut my losses. The chair has been great ever since i replaced my own base with a stronger and more sturdy one. Its a shame too that these companies do this to consumers who actually like and buy their products. Hope this helps you out!
