Tartarus Pro Analog Input

I've seen a few posts from people having similar issues, I'm wondering if this is the same across Tartarus Pros or just a handful. The analog input shows that it detects a range from 1.5mm to 3.6mm, and on my unit, that's way off. It detects a range of about 0.5mm to 2mm, from some careful measuring with a ruler, but the keys bottom out at about 4mm. When mapping a a key to a controller joystick, the input maxes out when the key is only pressed about halfway down. Using this for moving a character is nearly useless, since it's extremely difficult to press the key down gently enough to make the character walk instead of run. Does everyone with the Tartarus Pro have this issue? Is this something that Razer hasn't noticed or don't want to dedicate time to fixing on such a niche product? If these analog switches just don't work as advertised (1.5mm-3.6mm) then I'll return it.
