Tartarus pro bootloader

hello. I have a Tartarus pro and this morning it just stopped working. Windows sees it as razer bootloader. I have look online and there doesn't seem to be any one who has had this problem with the Tartarus series. I have trying deleting all of the razer software and reloading stuff but nothing works. please help. Cheers.

    Did you also try to reinstall its driver? This is likely a hardware problem, PM me the serial number and a copy of your receipt so I can validate its warranty and forward your case to the RMA Team for a replacement request. *Thread locked to curb conversation privately.
