Tartarus pro dpad bug with secondary functions

Hi,

My secondary functions on 1 to 19 keys are working perfectly if I am not using the dpad but as soon as I use the dpad at the same time, my secondary functions are no longer working. Anyone noticed that and found a solution?

    Did you already try reinstalling its driver or reinstalling the Synapse 3 app for further isolation? If the problem persists, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and a short video documenting the issue through Google Drive so I can have a closer look and share it with the software team if necessary. Thanks!
