The synapse beta does not show the Tartarus Pro as being compatible.  Are you updating it to be compatible with the new software?  I just purchased one of these as my Tartarus V2 died and I am do not want to have to run two softwares as I also have the naga wireless pro.

Yes please, can we get support already? The newest version of Synapse 3 makes the Tartarus Pro unusable. Keybindings won’t save, old keymaps won’t load properly, functionality is basically bricked. It’s one thing for a company to stop supporting an older product, but to actively make the old product unusable when it worked just fine with previous versions of software is unforgivable.

Same as TTrees, purchased a Tartarus Pro to replace my Tartarus v2 - so very eager to see this added.

Want to update to the latest Synapse for my other Razer kit [Huntsman V3 TKL, Naga Trinity, Kraken X, Leviathan V2 X and Chroma bungee]

Agreed. Had to uninstall Synapse3 since it no longer runs properly on my PC anymore for various reasons (e.g. no longer running in the background, others have been conplaining the same issue). So I uninstalled it & joined the beta software instead.

The new Synpase beta version works flawlessly with the Naga mouse so far, but my Tartarus Pro is basically dead-weight on my desk currently (no onboard memory). Mainly use it for studio work, so that’s a bit frustrating.

Even if the Tartarus Pro needs moretime in the oven than the V2, hopefully we can at least get some functional remapping support in the meantime (even if it’s limited without analog functionality).

The worst part about all this nonsense is this is EXACTLY where I was when Synapse 2 came out. I had to buy a Tartarus Pro because they didn’t have support for the Orbweaver. Now for the prices they sell this stuff for it’s absolutely terrible that they don’t seem to want to provide support for current products from their OWN software.

Hi, same problem here.

Had to not launch the beta synapse app because Tartarus pro doesnt show and cant use it.
Although, it seems that they will bring the Tartarus pro the the new software since it shows that it is in development.

Cant wait to fully use that new app :)

The only safe version of the software is the OG synapse, I never had an issue with it. Now i cant even load up synapse 3, It literally dose not work and just freezes. The beta version is flawless so far tho hopefully they work on the Tartarus Pro soon

I second too this support. The new Synapse beta doesn’t support it. At least can we get an answer if it will be supported?

I know, due to the keys of Pro - it requires additional coding ;)

Where do you see it is in development?

I’m a new owner of the Tartarus Pro and I’d like to use the new Synapse. I’m actually using S3 and it works ok in background (I started using it yesteday so I’m new to the Razer ecosystem), but it already has some issues with keeping profiles linked to games after reboot so I’d like to use a more reliable and stable software.

Yeaaaa, that is exactly what I was thinking; with the pressure sensitive and double function buttons it is completely different from the actuation of other keys.
