Tartarus Pro vs V2

with Parkinson’s, I’d research this but it’s difficult but I have just 2 general questions: Which one is better for long term use: the Tartarus Pro or V2? Price difference is $50 and I’m looking at the Pro more. I’m currently using a Nostromo N52. Can both have settings stored on the cloud like my Naga Epic mouse? Thank You in advance
