tartarus v2 cursor movement in mmos?

hi everyone. i am new here, disabled, with only 1 hand. I've recently bought the tartarus v2 and i am trying it out in wow and elder scrolls. is there any way to use the d pad or thumb controller to move the cursor on my play screen?
