Tartarus V2 disconnecting when Nari is used by a program

Title pretty much sums it up. All work fine individually, but when I try to use a voice program such as skype or discord, the Tartarus v2 stops responding. So far I have tried-
-Fresh install of synapse v3
-Unplugged devices and tried alternate USB ports
-Restarting synapse client

So far the only things that have worked - restarting computer a random number of times until they both work while a voice chat is up, or disabling the razer software. With the second however, the purpose of the keypad is defeated since the custom keybindings are not valid.

I have tried two tickets to support but have yet to get a response. Phone lines won't even take the call, they say the capacity is too high and hang up on you.

Weer you able to delete all the Razer-related files and folders when you did the fresh installation of the app? Also, have you tried using another Razer ID to test? In any case, please PM me your ticket numbers so I can check what's happening.
