Tartarus V2 Keys locking until pressed again

Hi all, I am seeing thsi issue all over reddit and other forums. I have the V2 and it constantly does this. I use the D pad for moving and it still does it. Razer what are you doing about this please? I cannot see an answer in any of the forums is there a fix. thanks
