Tartarus V2 keys "stick". Still no solution?

Have a Tartarus V2 with latest Synapse (and a Naga Trinity). Since I purchased it randomly keys "stick". Had it for 1,5 years. Not physically but like it is still pressed when I release it. It stops if I push it again. It is very disturbing because it has killed me several times while playing games. It happens randomly on any key on the Tartarus keypad. It happens once every hour on average. Seems to be a software issue with Synapse from what I can read on the forums. Have used reWASD but while the keys seem to be working on it that software has other limitations in conjuction with the mouse. Besides a third party software should not be needed. Had a Razer Nostromo for several years and it always worked. It is actually not broken just the software is outof date/ ancient but I might go back to that one. Tried different USB-ports, driver reinstall etc etc. This is totally unacceptable that Razer buries their head in the sand with this. There are so many videos and posts here on this exact issue. Not purchasing anything from Razer again. I am on my third Naga mouse. But never this crap again.

I know where the frustration is coming from, and it is not the experience that I'd want you to have. My apologies. By the way, do you have any chance to disable Synapse and see if it behaves the same? Let's isolate the behavior first by performing a clean reinstallation of your Synapse. If that doesn't help, please send me the serial number of your Tartarus V2 via PM. I can use it to verify its model and look into other solutions.
