Tartarus V2 : my profile disappeared yesterday

Hello Please, I need help. yesterday when I plugged in my Tartarus V2, my profile was gone. More exactly, it is an old profile that has been loaded. I did not do any manipulation everything was working fine the previous days. I have lost all my key configuration for my new games, is there a way to get them back? Thank you

    You can try to clean install Synapse and hope the old profiles didn't get saved into the cloud servers. Otherwise, you will have to remap. It is fairly rare, but this can happen when Synapse goes offline mode and the profiles saved on your PC takes over.
