Tartarus V2 not detected on Windows 7 work PC with Synapse 3. But works on Windows 10 home pc.

Pretty much as stated, does anyone know what I can do? I use this for computer aided design and upgraded from a Nostromo on Synapse to the Tartarus V2. Synapse 3 doesn't pick the Tartarus on my work PC, we do have some fairly significant security policies in place which may have evolved since the installation of the Nostromo over a year ago (which works fine) but as I say I can't seem to connect the Tartaras V2 and yet it worked fine last night on my home pc when I was setting up the key maps and macros. I was looking forward to the extra 5 macro buttons per Keymap. Can anyone help, our corporate support are not willing to assist at the moment as it is my own device I bought specifically for the tasks I routinely perform. Any suggestions?
