Hi So today I tried to play some Enlisted and I had no movement, I checked in the Synapse app and it had lost all of my Keymaps for my games! This is not the first time this has happened, how can I stop this and is there a way to retrieve my keymaps? Thanks

    Hi there! Thanks for creating this thread. Were there any changes made to your device/system before the issue? Please connect your Razer Tartarus V2 to a different computer and check if the keymaps are removed. Also, try logging out, then log back into your Razer Synapse 3.0 account and see if it restores your setup.
