How do i go about getting the battery changed on my Kraken Headset?

The battery on my Kraken headset has died.
If I may ask: is is responding to being charged at all?
Just trying to help troubleshoot.
No, tried two different cables and nothing. Also tried various USB ports on various devices and nothing.
I.havent used them much and they cost me a fortune.
In that case, try contacting support for an RMA or repair.
