The keyboard was working correctly, I left the computer on, the next day I came back and the caps lock key has a red light Why, can I fix?

    Hi there! Thanks for posting your concern here. By the way, when did the issue start? Does the issue happen while connecting the keyboard to a different USB port on your PC or to a different computer with Razer Synapse installed?
    Hi The problem happened suddenly, the keyboard is connected to the same computer, and it happens on all USB ports. Nothing has changed, just the keyboard.
