Hello, ive been having a problem with my new Alienware m18 R2 regarding compatibility with Alienware Command Center(AWCC6).
An annoying message keeps popup all the time saying “This device is not compatible with awcc6”
Is there anyone who had this problem too?
I just started having this problem today as well, trying to connect a wireless mouse (Logitech). Still can’t find a fix, good luck.
Just happened with my Razer Nari headset. Was working perfectly all week but this happened mid Tarkov raid

They actually already asked for me to reset and do a clean install of windows, but this didn't solve too.
hey, the only way i got mine to work is to uninstall both alienware command centre programs and restart my pc. not the best as i cant really change anything about my monitor now but better than not being able to use my headset

Also my razer v2 DeathStalker V2 PRO when iddle for a couple of minutes, have some delay to connect when pressed again.

Ah i guess just wait and hope for another update that fixes it 
i think you can stop pop ups in the settings on your pc but im not sure how to stop the delay or idleness
I also have this issue with AW3423DW monitor!

razer snyapse is complete fken garbage. ALWAYS something with razer. When litterally all my product. Speakers, Monitor, 4 mouse pads, 4 mouse, 3 headset, 2 xbox controller, charging pad, bungee, thunderbolt dock, headset holder, Laptop and laptop holder AND FKEN EAR BUDS. I mean FIX this shit to your loyal customer im literally about to try another brand after all these years. FCK! :)
Dells support its really trash, i've been having this problem for weeks and they didn't provide a solution. They are collecting logs now from awcc 6

Same here with my Alienware 18 R2. First, I uninstalled AWCC6 and restarted the computer. Then, I plugged in my old 2.4G mouse and keyboard and Windows 11 recognized both. Then, I reinstalled ACCW 6.x from Dell support page, and after a new restart, ACCW didn't show any incompatibility message and the mouse and keyboard worked together.
Ok it seems that the problem is solved by dell.
Not sure what the steps they did but they basically had reinstalled after a bios reset and install the latest bios for my M18 R2.
